Did you know that black and black/white cats are the hardest for shelters to find homes for? Oakland Animal Services has many wonderful cats and kittens to choose from with the lowest adoption fee in town! Adopt any black or black/white cat 6+ months old for only $10 during the month of September. Kittens and all other cats are $35 to adopt, or two for $50.
