About Friends of Oakland Animal Services
Volunteers at Oakland Animal Services created Friends of Oakland Animal Services (FOAS), a non-profit, 501c3, to provide health, homes and happiness for animals. FOAS funds veterinary care for injured animals, shelter housing and facility improvements, adoption and fostering outreach and supplies, and volunteer program support.
