Rumi is a sweet German Shepherd mix, very easy to handle and she walks well on leash. She is a bit anxious at the shelter, but has recently become more outgoing and ready to explore during walks. She is looking for a family who will be patient with her and encourage her to continue to blossom into her best self.
Rumi would do well in a home with another appropriately matched canine friend or as an only dog. She may be afraid of fireworks and care should be taken to ensure she is in a safe space and kept comfortable over holidays where may be set off. Rumi weighs 79 pounds and is 6 years old.
