Ramon

Ramon is a very tall, dark, and undeniably handsome German Shepherd Dog mix. Behind those rugged good looks, Ramon is a sentimental dude with soft, soulful eyes. He often gazes beyond the big security gate, his eyes filled with longing, yearning to find his hooman soon. Ramon is the epitome of gentleness. He strolls calmly alongside you, undisturbed by the dogs nearby, making every walk a pleasant and enjoyable experience. He even met a small 6 lb dog and he was chill and easy-going as a cucumber.

Ramon also knows "sit" and might even offer his paw as a token of friendship. Several volunteers, who have hung out with Ramon, all adore him and think that he is a wonderful pup. He is pretty independent around other dogs, and could do fine with another independent/easy-going dog in his new home, or be fine with being your only pet.
