Parmesan is a 3-year-old, 63-pound love bug who’s ready to find a family where he can thrive. After being found as a stray, he’s been a little stressed in the shelter environment. He does show his true, sweet personality and is a total gem when given a break with staff and volunteers.
Parmesan is a friendly guy who gets along well with other dogs in the shelter's playgroup program. He’s got medium energy and would do well with a doggie companion who matches his vibe, or he could also be a solo dog with the right friends.
On a recent field trip, Parmesan was enthusiastic and eager to explore, jumping into the car and staying focused even with bikes and other dogs around. Whether it's jogging, running, or just relaxing by the water, he’s up for anything! This guy is also very treat-motivated—he loves his snacks and catches them mid-air like a pro!
