Kopi – A Sweet, Playful Pup Ready to Shine

Meet Kopi, a 3-year-old, 65-pound pup who’s blossoming into a fun, affectionate companion. Initially shy and overwhelmed in the shelter, Kopi has opened up and is now a jolly boy who’s ready to enjoy life with a loving family. He’s got a great medium energy: leisurely enough to enjoy a nice walk, but also excited for playtime, especially when it comes to fetching tennis balls. He’s a total pro at fetch, dropping the ball right at your feet and happily wagging his tail after each round.

While he may be a bit shy when meeting new people, Kopi warms up quickly and loves to ask for more pets once he’s comfortable. He's sweet and gentle, and loves affection—he’ll lean into you for pets and booty scritches, and if you squat down, he might even try to give you a kiss! Kopi already knows "sit" and "stay" and is eager to learn more. He would do well in a home with another dog who’s a good match for his independent streak, or as a solo dog with the right dog friends.
