Meet Elle McFurson, the leggy, blonde beauty who’s ready to strut into your life! At 4 years old and 74 pounds, Elle is a sweet shepherd mix who's come a long way since arriving at the shelter. Though she started off shy and fearful, she’s an affectionate companion once she's warmed up. Elle loves attention and will melt into you for gentle pets on her chin and ears.

Elle is a smart cookie, well-versed in basic commands like "sit" and eager to learn more! She's treat-motivated and loves mental and physical challenges, so an active home with some training experience would be perfect for her. She walks well on leash, and is comfortable in cars. Elle is best suited for an adult-only home where she can continue building her confidence. While she’s gentle and playful with other dogs at the shelter, a mellow dog buddy or being your one and only would make her happiest.
