Dog Adoption PupUp at Pet Food Express

Join Oakland Animal Services and some of our awesome adoptable dogs at Pet Food Express from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Come by for chats and to meet some amazing pups. We’ll have information on our foster program in case you’re curious about fostering.
