Better Impact
Log in to Better Impact keep your schedule up-to-date and update your contact information. If you cannot make your regularly scheduled volunteer shift, please log in into the system and remove yourself from the schedule as far in advance as possible. You may also use the system to add yourself for an extra shift(s). If you need to cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled shift, or need to permanently change your regular schedule, please contact the Volunteer Program at volunteerprogram@oaklandca.gov
Community Board
Online forum for volunteers to communicate among the team. Be sure to check in on the community board at least once before every shift, and post your shift summary after every shift
