While he may have a handful of orthopedic challenges, including ACL tears in both rear legs and spine issues, this resilient 13-year-old pup isn't a candidate for surgery. What Amadeus truly needs is a cozy bed to call his own, an abundance of cuddles, and daily pain medication to keep him comfortable.

Due to his mobility limitations, he'll thrive in a home with minimal stairs, and because his pain can occasionally make him a bit unpredictable, a calm and tranquil household with serene (or no) canine companions and no young children is ideal.
