While Bloomer loves attention and affection, he also very smart. He is learning sit and has been very responsive to positive reinforcement tracing. He has a soft mouth when taking treats and will continue to do well with continued positive reinforcement training. He loves to be near his human, circling around for pets and leaning into you for those sweet moments of connection. Bloomers 's ideal home would be with someone who's patient and can provide him with guidance and structure. He's high-energy, loves to play, and would thrive in an active home with people who enjoy teaching and engaging with a smart, eager-to-please companion.

Bloomer was friendly when meeting other dogs at the shelter. He was very bouncy and seemed to enjoy wrestle-like play. He could do well in a home with a well-matched dog, or could be your solo canine friend if that's what works best for your lifestyle.
